Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy

Any tour cancellation must be communicated by the client via email. We cannot accept cancellations by phone, and tours are not canceled due to bad weather. Colors of Tuscany reserves the right to change the assigned guide; if the client decides to cancel the tour for this reason, no refund will be granted. In the case of cancellations due to force majeure, we will assess the situation together with the client in order to reach an agreement.

  1. Refunds

Up to 48 hours before departure, no penalty will be applied.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, a 50% penalty will be applied.

In case of no show, a 100% penalty will be applied (we consider a no show a delay of more than 30 minutes without any prior notice).

The starting time of each tour may vary by up to 30 minutes, even without prior notice, due to technical reasons, traffic, or other causes beyond our/your control. In case of changes in schedule and/or itinerary due to circumstances beyond our/your control, no refund will be provided.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the tour due to circumstances beyond their control, but the cost of the tour will be fully refunded.

3. The tour includes: a licensed guide available to the client for the duration of the booked tour.

  1. The tour does not include, unless otherwise specified:
  • Entrance tickets or reservations for monuments. 
  • Taxi or bus rides.
  • Transfers to/from the meeting point with Colors of Tuscany guides. Lunch, food and beverages.
  • Fees for PayPal payments, as well as bank charges for transfers made by the client.

  1. It is the responsibility of the clients to check in advance how to reach the meeting point with the Colors of Tuscany guide, to ensure their own safety during a walking tour or inside a monument, and to follow safety measures (seat belts, behavior) during tours carried out by vehicle.

Colors of Tuscany is not responsible for any reduction of the itinerary due to delays caused by the client. Colors of Tuscany is not responsible for changes to the itinerary due to unexpected or unplanned closures of monuments. Colors of Tuscany is not responsible for any reduction of the itinerary due to extreme weather conditions, delays, diversions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. The tour guides collaborating with Colors of Tuscany are independent professionals. The fact that Colors of Tuscany engages additional professionals at the client’s request does not imply that Colors of Tuscany assumes responsibility for any negligence, acts, or errors committed by third parties.
